The latest version of ZoneAlarm Firewall is being criticized by users for "Unclean Installations and Incomplete Uninstallations" (even when using it's own uninstaller). Currently the only way to remove ZoneAlarm completely after uninstalling is to manually remove certain hidden files, folders and registry entries, requiring the user to enable hidden file and folder viewing.
